Important
information about the registration lottery:
Due to the
overwhelming demand for Quo Vadis Camp, registration is done by lottery.
There are
115 spots available. The lottery opens at 9:30 am March 1 and closes at 11:59
pm March 31. Each person must be entered separately; only 1 entry is permitted
per person.
Names will
be drawn during the first full week of April. Emails will be sent out by April 12 letting people know whether they
have received a spot or not for the 2019 camp.
For those who secure a spot in the camp, the April 12 email will include a link
to the registration and payment forms. In
order to confirm your spot, you must submit all forms and payment by May 6, 2019, or your spot will be released for someone on the waiting list.
Those who do not secure a spot in the original lottery will be placed on a
waiting list, the order of which will also be determined by lottery. If any
spots are released we will let you know in the order of the waiting list.
Anyone who signs up after March 31 will be placed on the waiting list.
There is
no guarantee for siblings to get in; each sibling will be considered a separate
entry. Registration slots are
non-transferable; any exchanging or releasing of slots must go through the
Office of Vocations.
We regret that we don’t have the
time or the space to accommodate more campers, but we have been blown away with
how the response to these camps has increased over the past years.
While these camps are an
opportunity for young people to grow closer to God and discern their vocations,
they are not the only means. If your son or daughter is exploring his or her
vocation, please contact Fr. Isenberg in the Office of Vocations and he would
be happy to help in any way he can.
Cost and
Financial Aid Information:
Fee is $220
per camper, and covers all meals, room, and activities for the 5 days. The
actual cost of the camps is $500 per camper, which is subsidized by generous
benefactors of the diocese. If you are able to pay more it is appreciated (and
the additional payment is considered tax deductible); there will be more
information about this when you receive registration information.
Payment Plan
Option:
Please advise the Office of Vocations if you prefer to pay for camp in three installments ($75, $75, $70). For those issued a slot in
the original lottery (April 12), the first payment will be due by May 6. Second
is due June 1. Third is due June 30.
Those
receiving slots after April 12 will have the schedule adjusted accordingly, but
the last payment must be received by June 30.

Refund Policy:
Cancellations received before June 1st receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received after June 15th do not receive a
refund.
