Diocesan parent teacher organization

DPTO Mission Statement

The concept of a school advisory committee is based on the belief of shared leadership. The Church teaches parents are the primary educators of their children. As such, the function of a Diocesan Council of PTOs is to provide support and channel parental assistance to the school's leadership on matters concerning fostering communication regarding school fund-raising, student recruitment and marketing, other development activities; legislative issues concerning parochial schools; networking parents & resources for the benefit of the schools; and other school matters as defined by the school's administration.
