Withdrawal Survey
Withdrawing your child from a school in the Arlington Diocese? In an effort to improve our schools we are interested in receiving your feedback.
To request an online withdrawal survey, please e-mail catholicschools@arlingtondiocese.org. The survey will be anonymous when you fill it out online. However, to request the survey please give your name, the name of your child, and the name of the school your child attended. Thank you.
