What's Required for Compliance?
Below are the requirements for Compliance with the Office for the Protection of Children and Young People. The forms are available in English, Spanish, Korean and Vietnamese.
For employees of the Diocese of Arlington:
- Diocesan Authorization Waiver
- Request for Search of the Central Registry (CPS)
- 1 Fingerprint Card
- National Criminal Background Check (SP-24)
- Acknowledgement of the Policy
- Questionnaire
- Registration/Attendance to a VIRTUS Seminar (Register with the Arlington Diocese)
- Code of Conduct (Given Directly to Parish or School)
For volunteers with substantial contact with children:
- Diocesan Authorization Waiver
- Request for Search of the Central Registry (CPS)
- Acknowledgement of the Policy
- Questionnaire
- Registration/Attendance to a VIRTUS Seminar (Register with the Arlington Diocese)
- Code of Conduct (Given Directly to Parish or School)
