Therese Bermpohl

Thérèse is Director of the Office for Family Life in the Diocese of Arlington.  She holds a BA in Theology from Trinity College and an MA in Theology from the Dominican House of Studies, both in Washington DC.  She previously worked for the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB), both in the Office for Ecumenical and Interreligious Affairs and in the Office for Natural Family Planning, followed by two years teaching morality at Elizabeth Seton High School in Bladensburg, MD.  For six years she worked in campus ministry at The Catholic University of America and then at George Washington University.  Thérèse joined the Diocese of Arlington in 2005 as Assistant Director of the Office for Family Life and Director of the Respect Life Office.  In 2016, she completed a 3-year spiritual direction program with the Lanteri Center in Denver.  She is a member of the Cathedral parish in Arlington.
