    Peter  Kreeft, Ph.D.,


    is a professor of philosophy at Boston College and The King's College. He is the author of numerous books as well as a popular writer of Christian philosophy, theology and apologetics. He also formulated, together with Ronald K. Tacelli, SJ, "Twenty Arguments for the Existence of God."                  His intellectual reputation stems from his strengths in debating and summarizing the philosophical arguments of the major Western philosophers. He has debated several academics in issues related to God's existence.  He is a regular contributor  to several Christian publications, is in wide demand as a speaker at  conferences, and is the author of over 67 books including:  Handbook of Christian Apologetics, Christianity for Modern Pagans,  and Fundamentals of the Faith.


    REV.  Thomas Joseph White, O.P.

    is one of the youngest professors at the Pontifical  Academy of the Immaculate Conception at the Dominican House of Studies in  Washington, D.C., the seminary for the Dominican Province of St. Joseph, and a  center of Thomistic learning for both priests and laity.  A  convert to Catholicism at age 22 while studying at Brown  University, he is an expert  in Thomistic metaphysics, Christology and Roman Catholic-Reformed ecumenical  dialogue.  He has authored the upcoming Wisdom in the Face of Modernity: A Study in  Modern Thomistic Natural Theology (Sapientia Press).

    most rev. paul s. loverde, d.d., s.t.l., j.c.l.

    Bishop Paul S. Loverde was installed as the third Bishop of Arlington at the  Cathedral of Saint Thomas More on March 25, 1999. He was born in Framingham,  Massachusetts, on September 3, 1940, to Paul Loverde and Ann Marie Conti.  Bishop will be celebrating Mass at the Diocese’s fourth annual Men’s  Conference.  Bishop Loverde serves on the  Board of Directors for Christ the King Seminary, East Aurora, New York; Mount  Saint Mary's College and Seminary, Emmittsburg, Maryland; Catholic Distance  University, Hamilton, Virginia; and The Institute for the Psychological  Sciences, Arlington, Virginia.
