    In June 2002, the Bishops of Catholic Churches met in Dallas and approved the Charter for the Protection of Childern and Young People.



    patmudd Patricia Mudd,
    VICTIM ASSISTANCE COORDINATOR

    Patricia Mudd, Victim Assistance Coordinator since 2004, worked with Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Arlington for over 35 years in various capacities: as a caseworker for Children’s Services, supervisor and Director of Children’s Services and as Associate Director for Social Services

    Patricia has also served as a member of the Adoption Development Outreach Planning Team, the Virginia Child-Placing Advisory Committee to the Virginia Department of Social Services and Mary’s House Board of Saint Anthony’s Parish. 

    Patricia received her undergraduate degree in History from Saint Joseph’s College and Master of Social Work at The Catholic University of America. 

    She is certified by the Academy of Certified Social Workers.  

    Aneliz Sipe

    ANELIZ SIPE,
    BILINGUAL VICTIM ASSISTANCE COORDINATOR

    Aneliz Sipe is a licensed professional counselor who has been practicing for 9 years.  She was a bilingual counselor with Catholic Charities for 8 years. Aneliz worked mainly with the Latino population in the areas of domestic violence, depression and anxiety.  She completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at George Mason University and obtained her Master’s degree in counseling at Franciscan University.  

    She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Virginia.


    Rosa  

    Rosa COLELLO,
    Bilingual VICTIM ASSISTANCE COORDINATOR

    Rosa Colello worked for Arlington Public Schools for over thirty years.  She served the school system in various capacities: from Counselor/Social Worker, Director of Counseling Services to program management for D.C. and Arlington County Public Schools.  Most recently she was employed as a Professional Counselor. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Western Michigan University and obtained her Master’s degree at Trinity College in Counseling.  She also completed post-graduate degrees in Administration and Therapy.

    Rosa’s licenses from the State of Virginia include Teaching, Counseling and School Administration.
