A Special Christmas Message from Bishop Burbidge

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
At this sacred time of year as we are preparing to celebrate the birth of our Savior, the Prince of Peace, we are united in prayer.
We are praying that this precious gift of the Lord's peace will be ours, throughout our world, in our nation, within our homes and communities, and within our hearts.
Christ so much wants us to share in this peace. So no matter where we are in our faith lives Christ is with us, God is with us, calling us to a deeper relationship with him so that His peace may fill our lives.
What a beautiful time of year to renew that commitment, to draw closer to Christ by listening to his word, by receiving the sacraments, celebrating his mercy, and serving and forgiving one another.
Please know that at the masses I will celebrate on Christmas I will remember you and your families in my prayers.
May the peace of our Lord Jesus Christ, our Savior, be with you at Christmas and always!
