Retreat Setting

Retreats are held twice a year, in the summer and fall, at the San Damiano Spiritual Life Center in White Post, Virginia.

The facility is located in Virginia’s beautiful Shenandoah Valley on 150 acres of rolling countryside. The beautiful property invites communion with our Creator and renewal of spirit.

Accommodations include 30 rooms that are furnished with private baths and double beds, a chapel, a dining room, a library, and courtyards. Some special medical equipment can be provided as well as special diets for your weekend.

Weekend Program and Costs

There is no cost to you for the retreat. Each participant’s expenses are covered by the generous donations of friends who have supported the retreat since 1978.

The retreat schedule is designed to celebrate the love of the Lord Jesus Christ through prayer times, talks by our priest directors, celebration of the liturgy, quiet time, and ample periods of rest. The retreat begins Friday afternoon and ends Sunday with a closing Mass.
