Christian Bentley

St. Joseph, Alexandria

You may know him from his sales and marketing work with Middleburg Life and Greenhill winery. But Christian can also be credited for his contributions to #HuntCountry, L'Auberge Provencale, Virginia Food & Wine, The District Cup and collaborative works with Year Up, The Trust for The National Mall, VOICE, to name a few.

For over 3 years, Christian has been a noteworthy advocate for mental health within the Catholic Church. And most recently he was accepted to the NAACP course in recognition for his vocal stance on social justice regionally and within the community.

A connector of people and a passionate person of faith, his life motto is based off an old gospel song, “Then my living shall not be in vain”.

Christian is a parishioner at Saint Joseph's in Alexandria, where his family has worshipped since it's founding, and previously at the Minor Basilica of Saint Mary in Alexandria. He sings in the Gospel Choir, serves as a lector and cantor, is the Communications Manager and is a Knight of Peter Claver.

When he is not busy in his community, you can find Christian walking his dog Epi through the streets of his ancestral home of Old Town Alexandria.
