Jerry Cousin is the current Chairperson for the Black Catholic Ministries. The Chairperson of the Black Catholic Ministries is appointed by the Bishop of Arlington and represents the Northern Virginian Black Catholic Community (NVBCC) and collaborates fully and completely within the Catholic Diocese of Arlington's Office of Multicultural Ministries.
