FIAT Camp Staff

If you really feel that God may be calling you to life as a religious sister, time spent at FIAT is an excellent way to “try it out” - you're living and praying and working and laughing with sisters as you serve alongside them at our discernment camp for high school girls. 

You will get to know the sisters as individuals, hear how God revealed His plan to them, and also hear about the prayer life and apostolic works of their orders.  You will also participate in the daily prayer of the camp: Mass, Holy Hour, Rosary, and meditations and talks given by the sisters, and serve as assistant group leaders for the 100 high school girls who come to grow in their own discernment. 

The camp is held at Mount St. Mary's Seminary in Emmitsburg, MD and is always an amazing experience. Dates for 2024 are July 14-18. Apply with the Vocations Director in January 2024; contact the Office of Vocations if you are interested.
