At the Cathedral of St. Thomas More in Arlington on June 4, Baltimore Archbishop William E. Lori ordained Stephen Vaccaro and Jordan Willard as transitional deacons for the diocese as Bishop Paul S. Loverde, is recovering from recent back surgery.
