More about the Quo Vadis Camp Lottery and Registration Process:

The lottery will be held during the first week of April; entrants will receive an email by Friday April 13 letting them know if they have a spot in the 2018 camp.

This April 13 email will include a link to the registration form.  In order to secure your spot, you must register and submit all forms and payment by May 1, 2018, or your spot will be released for someone on the waiting list.

Those who do not secure a spot in the original lottery will be placed on a waiting list, the order of which will also be determined by lottery.  As soon as any spots are released we will let you know in the order of the waiting list.

Cost & Financial Aid Information:
The cost of the camp is $220 per camper, which includes private room and all meals and activities and staffing during the camp. Payment plans and financial aid are available with permission of Fr. Jaffe, and do not effect your eligibility for the lottery.

Payment Plan:

Camp can be paid for in three installments ($75, $75 and $70). For those issued a slot in the original lottery (April 13), the first payment will be due by May 1. Second is due June 1. Third is due June 20.

Those receiving slots after April 13 will have the schedule adjusted accordingly, but the last payment must be received by June 20.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellations received before June 1st receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received after June 15th do not receive a refund.
Cancellations must be received in writing (via email) to the Office of Vocations,  vocations@arlingtondiocese.org.

We are thrilled these camps have received such a great response; at the same time, we regret that we don’t have the time or the space to accommodate more campers.

While these camps are an opportunity for young people to grow closer to God and discern their vocations, they are not the only means. If your son or daughter is exploring his or her vocation, please contact Fr. Jaffe in the Office of Vocations and he would be happy to help in any way he can.
