Youth Ministry program includes: The core mission of our youth group is to introduce young people to Jesus Christ. Our community of young people are passionate about getting to know Jesus and developing relationships that help each of us become the best-version-of-ourselves. We engage in bi-weekly get-togethers on the first and third Sunday of every month where we focus on 3 things: 1) Community 2) Prayer and 3) Fun.  In addition, we offer bible studies for youth group leaders as well as retreats and volunteer opportunities throughout the year.  Being a new youth group in 2021, we are open to new ideas and welcome any suggestions on how we can grow closer to Jesus through one another.

History/Bio

Active in Youth Ministry since: 2017
In current position since: 2021

Why I work in Youth Ministry: I believe that the most important thing for the future of our Church and our country is the education and leadership of our young people.  There is no better way to educate the young than to teach them about Jesus and there is no better way to lead the young than to lead them to Jesus.  Youth group is a great way to do both!

About me: I grew up in the Northern Virginia area, went to Paul VI Catholic High School, and played baseball in college at Radford University.  Some things to know about me are that I love sports and challenging myself to learn new things, especially when it comes to competition. I now live in Centreville with my wife, Cortlyn, and our newborn baby girl, Carter.
