“Holy Smoker” Visits Annandale’s Culinary Program

Father Chris Pollard, aka the Holy Smoker, and pastor of St. John the Beloved Catholic Church in McLean, visited NOVA’s Culinary Program at the Annandale Campus to enlighten students about smoking meats.
