DESCRIPTION:Join the Diocese of Arlington\, Porto Charities and professional organizer Anna Hall of Organize365 for a day of fellowship at Bishop Ireton High School as we learn tools to facilitate the process and build a future of hope through all of life’s transitions from early intervention to the school years and into adulthood. \nWhether you are considering the transition from early intervention and a family service plan to school and an IEP\, or the transition from school to a meaningful adult life\, you will find resources to help you.
