Archbishop Timothy P. Broglio headlines Marian Symposium for the Diocese of Arlington

Springfield, Va. - On Saturday, April 29, the Diocese of Arlington will host a Marian Symposium at St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Springfield, Va.

The Most Rev. Timothy P. Broglio, Archbishop for Military Services, USA and president of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, will give the keynote address, titled “Mary Went in Haste.”  

The symposium is part of a series of events the Diocese is hosting as a lead up to the diocesan Golden Jubilee in 2024. The Diocese is in its second of three preparatory years for the Jubilee. The theme for Preparation Year II is “Rejoice.” The event begins with a Mass, followed by Archbishop Broglio's keynote address. At the end of his talk, there will be an opportunity for questions and answers.
