Youth Ministry program includes: St. Mary of Sorrows hosts a comprehensive youth ministry program for all ages. This includes scouting, junior high, and high school programs. Our high school program consists of Small Groups, a Youth Choir and Orchestra, and a regular Sunday Night Live program. We also have a Rite of Christian Initiation for Teens for those young people looking to enter the Church. During the summer we attend a weeklong work camp for high schoolers and a Junior High Work Camp as well as several retreats throughout the year.

Why I work in Youth Ministry: To love and serve young people so that I may walk with them on their journey of faith. I also strive to equip other adults to do the same and to create new opportunities for the young people in the parish.

About Me: I attended George Mason University which is where I met my wonderful wife.  I am a father of four who has been privileged to work in youth ministry for several years now. I like fixing things, playing with my kids, and spending time with friends and family.
