Advertising Account Representative

The Catholic Diocese of Arlington, one of the fastest growing dioceses in the nation, is searching for an Advertising Account Representative to work for the Arlington Catholic Herald. The Herald supports the evangelization efforts of the bishop and the diocese by publishing a weekly Catholic newspaper. The Advertising Department supports the Herald by selling advertising in order to offset the cost of publishing the paper. The Advertising Account Representative manages existing advertising accounts and solicits new advertising business for the Herald.

Administrative Assistant Tribunal

The Catholic Diocese of Arlington is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of complex and confidential duties in support of the Office of the Tribunal. The successful candidate will perform a variety of complex and confidential administrative duties in support of the Judicial Vicar and in conjunction with the other administrative staff. The candidate must be able to work independently under general supervision or as part of a team on special or ongoing projects. Fully-initiated practicing Catholics are encouraged to apply.

Director of Internal Audit

The Catholic Diocese of Arlington, Virginia seeks a Director of Internal Audit to provide assurance and consulting services to the diocese and affiliates. To lead the department in providing assurance services, the Director plans and conducts risk-based operational/compliance audits of the internal controls of Diocesan administrative and program activities, major construction/capital improvement projects, and diocesan parishes, schools and affiliates. The purpose is to ensure that financial reporting is reliable, that internal controls are consistent with diocesan guidelines, that the risk of defalcations or inappropriate use of parish funds is minimized, and that the assets and funds of the diocese and its affiliates are properly managed and accounted for.
