Youth Ministry program includes: High school youth ministry includes Tuesday night youth group, which rotates through bible study, conversation/talks, service, and Adoration nights, as well as Friday morning daily Mass and coffee. We also participate in Diocesan events, like RALLY and WorkCamp. There are other opportunities throughout the year for high schoolers to get involved at the parish through groups like Boy Scouts, Challenge Club, altar serving, and volunteering for CCD, at the parish picnic or through parish service projects.

About Me: I grew up at and graduated from St. Agnes, then went to Georgetown VIsitation and University of Virginia. I returned home in 2016 after studying engineering to work for Accenture Federal Services. As a kid, I never imagined I would be so involved in the parish, but now don't know what else I would be doing!

Why I Work in Youth Ministry: In 2017, Fr. Rich Miserendino asked me to volunteer and I couldn't say no. I started by helping with a girls bible study and had a lot of fun talking about life and learning more about our faith with the girls. I still don't have all the answers, but I continue to learn a lot and enjoy conversations with the high schoolers over a bag of Cheetos and a can of La Croix.
