Active in Youth Ministry:  Started in Youth Ministry as a teen in 2015 and have been active as an adult since 2019

In current position since: May, 2023

Job description includes: I maintain the office's financial records for all events, registrations for most of the events, support the OYCYAM staff and other duties as assigned.

Favorite Food(s):  Salmon, sweet potatoes, and tacos!

Favorite Band:   Noah Kahn is my favorite artist, but I like a lot of music. If it's good, I typically like it. 

Favorite Pastime:   I love to hike and be out doors, explore small towns and new places, and play games with friends and family!

Favorite Saint:   Saint Therese of Lisieux, Our Lady of Guadalupe, St. Simon of Cyrene

Why I work in Youth Ministry

I fell in love with Jesus when I was in high school and became super involved throughout my four years. I was a leader for retreats, our confirmation program, and fun weekly events. When starting college, I knew that I wanted to work for the Church in some capacity and though many internships and volunteer positions working in youth and young adult ministry, it was solidified for me that there is something special about the young church and I felt undeniably called to serve it in whatever way I could. 

About Me

I grew up in Maryland and was blessed to come from a Catholic household. I received a Catholic education at one school kindergarten to 8th grade and then went to Mount De Sales Academy for girls in Catonsville, MD for high school where my Catholic faith really started to become present in my life. In college I had the incredible of opportunities of interning at places such as the USCCB, St. Meinrad, and right here in the Office of Youth, Campus, and Young Adult Ministries! I graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in Education Studies and a Certificate in Pastoral Ministry from The Catholic University of America. In my free time I love exploring new places and traveling with friends and family!
