Kevin has been the diocesan Director of the Office of Youth Ministry since 2002. He is a Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus, a member of the Youth Apostles Institute, and has been involved in youth and campus ministry since 1995. He spent ten years as a mechanical engineer working for the federal government before moving to Alaska to do parish youth ministry. He is currently finishing his MA in Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville and co-founded the Fellowship for the New Evangelization to support other Diocesan Directors of Youth Ministry across the country. Over the past ten years he has spoken to thousands of 6th-8th grade boys and their parents about chastity and the gift of human sexuality. He serves on the Richmond Diocesan Youth Ministry Advisory Board and the Baltimore Youth Ministry Advisory Committee and is a regular speaker at parish and diocesan events around the country. Kevin is married with six children and escapes to go camping with them as often as possible. He is a member of St. Mary of Sorrows parish in Fairfax.
