Incardination
Reverend Luis H. Quiñónes - from incardination as a priest of the Archdiocese of Guayaquil in Ecuador, to incardination into the Diocese of Arlington, was effective December 1, 2019.
Parochial Vicar
Reverend Thomas Nguyen - from Priest in Residence at Saint Agnes Parish, Arlington, to Parochial Vicar at Saint Leo the Great Parish, Fairfax, effective February 1, 2020.
