Each school in the diocese is a vibrant community of families, faculty, staff, and school leaders. We encourage prospective families to explore individual school websites for specific admission information, including admission application fees and tuition rates. Families are also invited to contact schools directly to inquire about available openings or to schedule a personal school tour.
For families seeking admission to diocesan primary schools (preschool through 8th grade), an online admissions application is available. For admission into the diocesan high schools, please visit the high school websites for admissions information.

Submit an Application

Once you find the right school for you and your child, complete an application form using the link on this website or on the school's direct website and submit it to the school. New student applications open January 1st for the following school year. Be sure to apply early as many schools do fill quickly!
Here is an example of what to expect when you apply to one of our schools:
- Create an Enrollment account.
- Complete the application, providing information for all required fields and all applicable non-required fields. A digital copy of the birth certificate will be required. You will be prompted to select the school of your choice. You may include up to three additional schools.
- Review all your information carefully before submitting the application. Please do not enter your information in ALL CAPS.
- Follow the school link in the Additional Application Requirements section to remit payment and for any additional school-specific application information.

Assessments, Visits and Interviews

Now that you have submitted the application, your child may be scheduled for an assessment, classroom visit, or interview, depending on grade level. This helps the school get to know your child better and understand his/her unique learning needs.

You will receive automatic email notifications whenever changes are made to your application by the school. In addition, you may receive a call, email, or letter with updates regarding your child's acceptance and next enrollment steps. If space is not currently available, the school will keep you informed. Staying connected with the enrollment team is the best way to receive updates and share your plans.

Congratulations! Your child has been accepted, and the next step is enrollment. You will receive an online registration form from the school to complete the enrollment requirements. Most of our schools offer online enrollment with simple instructions for submitting the enrollment contract and any required information.
