Preparing for Life in a Household: Some Biblical and Thomistic Wisdom

Description: A richer perspective on the nature and end of the household makes a significant difference in how a young man or woman prepares for his or her place in the home. The wisdom literature of the Old Testament and St. Thomas Aquinas offer an understanding of household that gives concrete direction for preparing for your vocation, whatever it might be.
Bio: John A. Cuddeback, PhD, is professor of Philosophy at Christendom College, where he has taught for thirty years. He lectures widely on topics including virtue, fatherhood, friendship, homesteading, and household, and his professional writings appear in various academic journals and books. His book True Friendship was republished by Ignatius Press, and his new book The Intentional Household will be published this spring. His podcasts, blogging, and courses at LifeCraft are renowned for applying a timeless wisdom to life today.
