Reverend Edward R. Horkan - from full time Canon Law Studies at the Catholic University of America, Washington, DC, with residence at Saint Charles Parish in Arlington, to Defender of the Bond and Vice-Chancellor, with residence at Saint Raymond of Peñafort Parish in Springfield, effective August 1, 2021.
Reverend Gabriel Muteru - from service outside the diocese, to Chaplain at Marymount University in Arlington, effective August 9, 2021.
Reverend Henry Rivera - from Parochial Vicar at Saint John the Evangelist Parish in Warrenton to service outside the diocese, effective June 24, 2021.
