Eritrean Catholic Community

Our Eritrean community continues to strengthen and develop through weekly Mass in Ge'ez Rite, and prayer groups, religious education, and ministries in both English and Tigrinya.

The Eritrean Community is led by Spiritual Director, Father Hagos Tesfagabir Haile. They celebrate Mass at 2:00 p.m. every Sunday at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Annandale, Virginia.

Mass and Celebration of the Saints of Africa

Join the African Catholic Association for a Mass and Celebration of the Saints of Africa on Saturday, June 3 from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. at St. Matthias the Apostle Church, 9475 Annapolis Road, Lanham, MD 20706. The theme for this celebration is: Caring for Each Other. The celebrant is Msgr. Jerome Feudjio and the Speakers will be Rev. Fr. Canice C. Enyiaka and Dr. Tongele N. Tongele.
