The Advance Medical Directive is a legal instrument authorized by, and meeting the requirements of the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia which can be completed for use by all Catholics-whether young or old, healthy or dying. "AMDs" can be found at all parishes in the diocese. Simply contact your parish office.
