Very Reverend Robert J. Rippy to Chancellor while remaining Judicial Vicar in the Office of Canonical Affairs and the Tribunal.

Very Reverend Thomas P. Ferguson from Vicar General and Moderator of the Curia while remaining Pastor of Good Shepherd Parish in Alexandria and Judge on the Tribunal.

Reverend Michael R. Duesterhaus from graduate studies to Parochial Vicar of Saint Matthew Parish in Spotsylvania.
