Free will offering accepted for refreshments and lunchThe opioid crisis has severely impacted the Diocese of Arlington. In five years opioid overdose deaths have increased threefold within the Diocese, and almost doubled statewide. How can we as a Diocese address this epidemic?
Parishioners, ministry leaders, clergy and the public are invited to consider our response at “Seeking Hope and Healing in the Opioid Crisis,” a free conference from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 29, 2018, the Feast of the Archangels, at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 8710 Mount Vernon Hwy, Alexandria.
