Women's Silent Retreat September 19-21
In this retreat we will consider the secret to true Obedience: a disposition of Receptivity. Meditating on the nature of a woman's receptive power, we will explore how the feminine gifts of Empathy, Intuition, and Adaptability enable us to listen more deeply in prayer, and to achieve spiritual union, not only with our spouses, but with Jesus Himself.

Mary Stanford is the author of The Obedience Paradox: Finding True Freedom in Marriage, and is a speaker, teacher, and writer on Catholic marriage and family life. She teaches in the Theology department at Christendom College and holds degrees from the University of Dallas and the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family. Mary and her husband Trey are blessed with seven children.
