Plenary Indulgence
The Holy Father, Pope Francis, has granted the favor of a plenary indulgence on the occasion of our diocesan Golden Jubilee. The indulgence is granted to any member of the faithful who “visit the Cathedral Church of Saint Thomas More on pilgrimage and there devoutly attend the sacred Jubilee celebrations, or at least for a suitable period of time offer prayers to God for the fidelity of the United States of America to its Christian calling, for the obtaining of priestly and religious vocations and for the institution of the human family to be defended.”
