History/Resume
Active in Youth Ministry since: 2008
In current position since: 2018
Why I work in Youth Ministry: I want to help young people encounter Jesus Christ and discover the joy and peace of being His disciple.
About Me: I grew up in the diocese and was active member of St. Timothy parish for many years. While I was in high school, I led a Catholic boys club called Conquest, which was were I began to discover my passion for youth ministry. I attended college at Catholic University and later received a master’s in Theology of Marriage and Family from the Pontifical John Paul II Institute in DC. My youth ministry experience has included directing the Conquest boys clubs in Virginia and Maryland, running boys retreats and camps, and leading pilgrimages. From 2016-2018, I worked as Director of Youth Ministry at St. Thomas More Cathedral, and since then I have been at St. John the Beloved where I am now the Director of Faith Formation, overseeing both youth ministry and religious education. I am married and have two beautiful young daughters.
