Reverend Joseph D. Bergida - from a leave of absence to discern a vocation to religious life to Parochial Vicar at Saint Raymond of Peñafort Parish in Springfield, effective February 18, 2023.

Reverend Ignatius Chung - from ministry outside the Diocese of Arlington to Parochial Vicar at Saint Mark Parish in Vienna, was effective February 1, 2023.

Reverend Mauricio R. Pineda - from a leave of absence to full time studies at Divine Mercy University, with residence at Saint James Parish in Falls Church, effective February 9, 2023.

Reverend Augustine Minh Hai Tran - from Parochial Administrator at Saint John Bosco Parish in Woodstock to Pastor of Saint John Bosco Parish in Woodstock, effective February 18, 2023.
