Office of Canonical Affairs and the Tribunal
Canon law plays a larger role in our day-to-day activities than many Catholics realize, guiding us towards unity and harmony with our Mother Church. The Office of Canonical Affairs is here to help you learn more about the role of canon law in your life, and find answers to common questions concerning marriage, ascription, and other aspects of sacramental living. The Office of the Tribunal is an ecclesiastical court that deals with matters of canon law.
Regular office hours are Monday – Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. In cases of office closings, the Tribunal follows the Federal Government schedule.
Please remember that in order to begin the process of annulment, consultation with your local parish priest or deacon should occur before filling out paperwork.
