“Those who have been baptized continue on the path of Christian Initiation through the Sacrament of Confirmation, by which they receive the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, whom the Lord sent upon the Apostles at Pentecost. By this gift of the Holy Spirit the faithful are more fully conformed to Christ and are strengthened with the power to bear witness to Christ for the building up of his Body in faith and charity” (Order of Confirmation, nos. 1-2).
If you are a baptized Catholic adult, have received First Communion, but have not yet received the Sacrament of Confirmation, the Church welcomes you to take part in this grace-filled Sacrament. Individuals who desire to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation should contact their local parish.

must speak with their local parish to attend classes and register for the Mass.

A recently issued copy of an individual's Baptismal Certificate is required
along with a recommendation from the pastor of your parish.
