European Catholic Communities

Our office ministers to various European communities that are established in the Catholic Diocese of Arlington. Annually in March, we offer a traditional Mass in Gaelic for Irish Catholics. Our Polish Community holds a monthly prayer group called Jezu Ufam Tobie, meaning 'Jesus, I Trust in You.' They pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet in both Polish and English. 

We also offer pastoral services in Italian, German and French, although no organized Masses are being held in these languages at this time. Please contact our office for more information.

St. Bridget of Ireland Church in Berryville has a beautiful stained-glass window of St. Bridget, and a St. Bridget’s cross in the overhang of the choir loft. There’s also an icon of the saint in the sacristy.
