Ministry Program Includes: Youth Ministry at Sacred Heart of Jesus incudes time together in our youth room during coffee and donuts on the first and third Sundays of the month. We also meet on the third Wednesday for our ACTT night! ACTT stands for adoration, confession, and time together. We have monthly service projects and opportunities to help around the parish. This year we are excited to be adding Catholic college visits to our list of group activities! Sacred Heart youth ministry also has a Dead Theologian Society chapter that meets two Mondays a month. Furthermore, teens are encouraged to join a small group led by adult volunteers at the parish, which meet on various days. About Me: Molly grew up the youngest of five, in New Jersey, and just recently moved to the Winchester area in May 2023. After a year of college studying to be a zoo veterinarian, Molly took a year off to serve as a missionary with NET Ministries. After her year with NET, Molly heard the Lord calling her to attend Franciscan University where she studied Catechetics and Evangelization, with a Youth Ministry concentration, and earned a minor in Theology. A week after graduation Molly married Joseph, one of her NET teammates, and they moved to Virginia. She began working at Sacred Heart of Jesus one week after that! She was influenced greatly by her own youth minister when she was in high school, and prays that the Holy Spirit will continue to guide her in this ministry as she walks with teens on their path to Christ.
